How many days do I have to request a return?
At The Athelier by Mariana, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a return window of 7 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we won’t be able to issue any exchanges or store credit.

Non-returnable items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

  • Items purchased with discount codes or promotional sales.
  • Items from the sale or clearance section.
  • Bodysuits and white clothing.
  • Pre-order or reserved items.

Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Show no signs of wear, including makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfumes, or other scents.
  • Include all original tags and packaging.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

Store credit
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Once expired, the credit cannot be renewed or refunded.

Items purchased using store credit are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

How many times can I exchange an item?
You are entitled to only one (1) exchange per order. No additional changes will be accepted after the first exchange.

Pre-order items
All pre-order items are final sale. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted after payment confirmation.
However, if you return the item within 7 days of receipt, you may request store credit. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

How to request a return
You can contact us via email at info@theathelierbymariana.com.
Once we receive your request, we’ll evaluate it and if approved, you will receive store credit for the item’s value (excluding shipping).
