Where do we ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Processing times
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days from payment confirmation. During high volume events, sales, or holidays, processing times may take a bit longer.
Estimated delivery times
- Puerto Rico: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International orders: 10–20 business days (depending on the destination)

Shipping cost
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Order tracking
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Incorrect address or returned package
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If the package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
